Ingredients:
Daliya(broken wheat) 1cup
Peanuts 1tbsp
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Potato diced 1cup
Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
Carrot choped 1/2 cup
Green chillies chopped 2 small
Oil 1tbsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1/4tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing chopped 1tbsp
Method:
Soak daliya in hot boiling water for 1/2 an hour. Take a pan add 1tbsp oil and peanuts. Fry for 2mints remove and keep aside.
In the same pan fry potatoes till crisp and brown remve from fire and keep aside.
Put the pan on fire heat the oil and add cumin and Add mustard seeds, let them crackle.Add curry leaves and onions.
Fry it till translucent.Add salt, chilli powder and termeric powder. Add tomatoes,carrots and green chillies and capsicum.
Saute for a while. Finally add soaked daliya and stir nicely cover and cook further for 3-4 mints.Remove from fire.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
