Vegetable Rice Croquets

Ingredients:
Rice, ½ cup (boiled and mashed)
Capsicum, 1 small finely chopped
Onion, 1 finely chopped
Tomato, ½
Potato, 2 boiled and mashed
Green chilies, 1 finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients and shape them into balls.
Heat oil and fry the balls till golden brown.
Drain onto the paper napkin and serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
