Ingredients:

Eggs    2
Bread Slices   4
Baking Powder   a pinch
Milk   1/4 cup
Salt   according to taste
Pepper  a pinch
Oil  2 tb spoon


Method:
In a bowl break 2 eggs and beat with a fork until fluffy.
Add salt,
pepper, and baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour in milk and whisk until mixture is smooth.
Heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.
Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture one by one and shallow fry.
Flip the side and cook until crisp and brown.
Transfer the French toast to the plate and serve hot with tomato sauce.
