Ingredients
Garlic bread slices 4
Butter 1tbsp
For the topping
Tomatoes chopped ½ cup
Capsicum ½ cup
Onion chopped 1tbsp
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Cooking cheese or Mozzarella cheese, grated ½ cup
Black olives, deseeded and sliced 3 nos.
Stuffed green olives, sliced 3 nos.
Oregano 1tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli
flacks to taste
Method
Pre heat the oven at 200C.Butter the slices.Put it in the oven for a minute.
Mix all ingredients of the topping except the cheese.
Divide the topping into 4 equal portions.
Place the topping over the toasted slices.Spread the grated cheese.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has just melted.
Cut into bite sized pieces and serve hot.
