Eggs 1
Coriander leaves 1 tsp (chopped)
Turmeric Powder 1 pinch
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Cheese slice 1
Bread slices 2
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Method
In a bowl beat egg. Add coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
Place cheese slice
Dip it in the egg mixture and cover it properly on the both sides with the mixture.
Heat oil on a tava and place the double decker bread on it.
Cook on medium flame from both sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mustard sauce.
