Minty cheese Balls

Ingredients
Flour 1cup
Mint Leaves chopped 1tbsp
Grated cheese ½ cup
Butter 2tsp
Water ¾ cup
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Pepper ¼ tsp
Oil for frying
Method
Heat the water in a pan and add butter. Bring to the boil.
Add the flour.
Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until the paste leaves the sides of the pan and forms a smooth ball.
Add the beaten egg and salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Add the cheese and mint leaves.
Mix properly. Cool slightly.
Make small balls or little rolls and deep fry in hot oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
