Ingredients
Paneer 100 grams, grated
Potatoes 3, par-boiled
Onion 1, finely chopped
Green chilli 1, finely chopped
Cheese 150 grams, grated
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Peel the potatoes. Slice potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Melt
the butter in a large frying pan. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add green chilli, cheese and paneer and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.
Spread the potatoes in the pan.
Cook until crisp and golden brown on the underside.
Loosen around the edges with a knife.
Invert and take out in one piece. Cut into desired pieces.
Serve Hot.
