Ingredients
8 samosas pattis
For the filling
1 cup paneer, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
½ cup capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
oil for deep frying


Method
Mix a thick paste using the plain flour and water. Keep aside.
In 1 tbsp oil, saute onions and capsicums. add salt
and garam masala. Cook for 5 mins. add paneer and lemon juice. Stir well and keep aside to cool.
Fold each samosa patti into a cone like shape and stuff with the filling.
Seal the edges of the samosas using the flour paste.
Repeat with all the remaining samosa pattis and filling.
Deep fry the samosas in hot oil over a slow flame till golden brown in colour.
Drain and Serve hot with chutney.
