Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
200 ml Milk
250 ml whipping Cream
ΒΌ Cup Sugar
150 gms Dark Chocolate (Chopped) Melted
2 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Shavings of white chocolate for serving
Method
Place milk and sugar to boil, add melted chocolate.
Remove from fire and cool slightly, add beaten egg yolks
and essence in a blender till light and fluffy.
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze till semi set.
Remove and again pour the mixture in the blender and blend at high speed to break the crystals.
Add lightly fold whipping cream in this mixture and pour in an air tight container. freeze for a few hours or overnight. Serve with shavings of white chocolate.
