Khatta Meetha Corn Masala

Ingredients:
Corn 150gm
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Spring onion green chopped 1tbsp
Raw mango chopped 1tbsp
Capsicum chopped 1tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 2
Cucumber chopped 1tbsp
Pineapple diced 2tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp
Lemon juice
2tsp
Black salt 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Olive oil 2tsp
Method:
Boil corn in salted water for 3 minutes.Drain and set aside to cool. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl add corn and pineapple.Add seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil.Mix well. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
