Masala Parantha

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 200gms
Salt 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Ajwain 1tsp
Cumin seeds roasted and powdered 1tsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Milk as required for kneading
Oil for frying parantha
Method:
Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.Add 2tbsp of oil and mix with your fingertips.
Add all the spices and with milk knead to a fine
and smooth dough.Cover with a wet towel.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.Knock down and again knead for a minute without adding any liquid.
Divide the dough in equal 4-5 portions.Roll each portion to a small disc, apply some oil and fold
like a triangle and roll in to a big triangle.Heat a griddle, lay the parantha on hot griddle and fry both
sides pouring some oil till brown and crispy.Remove and repeat with all the paranthas.Serve hot with pickle
and raita of your choice.
