Vegetable Stock

Vegetable stock is very essential for making wholesome soups.
You can prepare it and keep it in the refrigerater for 3-4 days, and add variations and use it as required in any soup recipe, when you require.

Ingredients
Onions sliced 3
Ginger chopped 1”piece
Garlic chopped 5 flakes
Carrot chopped 3
Cabbage chopped ½ cup
French beans chopped ½ cup
Potato chopped 1-2
Tomato chopped 2
Water 5 cups

Method
Put water in a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables.
Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Cool and strain the liquid.
Keep aside for later use.
