Ingredients

 

Onions sliced  3

Ginger chopped   1”piece

Garlic chopped   5flakes

Carrot chopped  3

Cabbage chopped   ½ cup

French beans chopped ½ cup

Potato chopped  1-2

Tomato chopped  2

Water  5 cups

 

Method

Put water in a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables.

Pressure cook for 15 minutes.

Cool and strain the liquid.Keep aside for later use.
