Ingredients:

Shredded chicken breasts  3
Egg  1
Flour  2tbsp
Cornflour  4tbsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder  1tsp
Spring onion chopped 2
Garlic clove chopped  1
Sesame seeds 1tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1tsp
Soya sauce  1tsp
Vinegar  1tsp
Sugar  1/2tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

Combine shredded chicken
with egg, flour,cornflour,salt and pepper.Add garlic paste and mix well.Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the chicken till crispy and done.Remove and drain off the oil, set aside. Reheat one tbsp of oil add  sesame seeds
chopped garlic and spring onions. Fry for a minute, add all the sauces and salt.Cook for 2-3 minutes.Add fried chicken and saute till the chicken
is well coated with the sauce.Serve hot.
