Ingredients:
Mutton 500gms
Mota keema 150 gms
Bay leaf 1
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 3-4
Clove 4
Cinnamon 1" piece
Black pepper whole 5
Onion sliced 5
Tomatoes chopped 5
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Red kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat
oil and deep fry the onions and remove on an absorvent paper when cool blend to make a paste.
In the remaining oil add whole masala and fry for a minuite.Add onion paste,ginger paste and garlic paste.
Let it saute for sometime.Add all the spices and stir well. Now add mutton pieces and keema keep cooking for 20 -25 miniutes on low fire Add tomatoes.chopped green chillies and half the coriander leaves.Add little water and cover.Cook till the mutton is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala. Remove from from fire.Dish out in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and slit green chillis.
