Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 cups whipping cream
2 tb spoon liquid glucose
3/4 cup sugar
2 tb spoon cornflour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup purée bananas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
In a saucepan boil milk and sugar. Dissolve the cornflour

in ΒΌ cup of cold milk and add to the boiling milk Let it simmer till thick.
Add liquid glucose. Remove from fire and cool completely. Add banana puree salt vanilla and nutmeg and finally whipped cream.
Pour into a shallow container and freeze till almost set. Transfer the mixture into a blender and churn till smooth. Transfer the mixture into the container and freeze..
