Ingredients
For the tikka

Boneless chicken, 250gms
Lemon juice, 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp
Hung curd, 1cup
Grated cheese, 1/2 cup
Green cardammom powder, 1tsp
Mace powder, 1/2tsp
Roasted gram flour, 2tbsp
Salt according to taste
Red chilli powder, 1/2tsp
Oil, 2tbsp

For the roll
Rumali roties cut into triangles 4

Lemon wedges and onion rings to serve with rolls.

Method

For the tikka
Clean and wash the chicken.
Apply lemon juice and ginger garlic paste on the pieces.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Mix hung curd, grated cheese, mace, cardamom powder, oil, salt and chilli powder to the roasted gram flour.
Rub the chicken pieces with this marinade and keep it in the refrigrater for few hours.
Pre heat the oven.
Put the tikkas in the greesed tray basting with more oil.
Put under the griller for 20 minutes or till done.

For the roll
Take a roti triangle, put the filling and roll up like a spring roll and fold from the ends

Serve the rolls hot wih spicy green chutney.
