Vegetable Corn Soup

Soup is always said to satisfy hungry kids in the evening, once they reach home tired after playing.
It can be served with salad, soup sticks or even with a buttered slice of some flavoured bread.
It makes a filling and nutritious evening meal.
Corn and noodles make this soup special and loved among the kids.




Ingredients
Carrots 3 finely chopped
French beans 3 finely chopped
Potatoes, 1 medium peeled and diced 
Cauliflower, 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomatoes,1 small  chopped
Green Peas 1/4 cup 
Corn 1/4 cup, boiled
Noodles 1/4cup 
Ginger, finely chopped or grind to paste1/2 inch piece
Garlic,finely chopped, 1/2 tsp  
Water 3 cups
Salt to taste

Method
In a pressure cooker, add water and add all the vegetables and salt.
Pressure cook for a whislte. Add noodles and let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes or until the noodles are tender.

As per your choice, you can add pepper, soya sauce or chilli sauce.
Serve hot.
