Thick Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Carrot, 1 finely chopped
Cauliflower, 1 florrette chopped
French beans, 3 chopped
Onion, 1 medium sized
Soya sauce, 1/2 tsp ( optional )
Ginger 1/2 inch piece, grated or ground to paste
Garlic, 1/2 tsp finely chopped
black pepper
Sugar, 1/4 tsp
Butter, 1 blob
Water, 2 cups
Salt to taste
Cornflour, 2 tsp mixed in 1/2
Method
Heat the blob of butter in a pan.
Add all the chopped vegetables along with ginger and garlic to it. Stir-fry the vegetables.
Add salt and water.
Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup cold water and add to the soup, stirring continuously. Bring to boil again.
Add soya sauce and sugar and boil till thick and transparent.
Sprinkle pepper and serve hot.
