When in no mood to have chappattis or rotis along with your favourite curry... enjoy kulchas!
They go so well with almost every curry or dals.
Otherwise I like to have them with either channas or my mom's special matar masala :)
Slurrppp!!

Flour  500gms
Ghee or margarine   11/2tbsp
Dry yeast  1tsp
Sugar  1tsp
Salt  1/2tsp
Lukewarm water  1/4cup
Lukewarm milk  1/4cup
Curd  1/2cup
Oil  1tbsp
Baking soda  1/4tsp
Roasted sesame seeds  1tsp

Method
Take lukewarm water in a cup. Add sugar and salt. Sprinkle yeast over it. Keep aside till frothy.
Mix oil, milk and curd together. Keep aside.Sieve flour and baking soda. Add ghee and rub with fingertips till resembles breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the centre. Pour milk and yeast mixture in it. Mix lightly. Knead it with water till smooth and soft. Apply oil and cover with a wet cloth. Keep aside for few hours to prove.
Knock back the flour and make six or seven balls. Roll the balls with a rolling pin.
Apply oil over it and sprinkle sesame seeds over it and keep aside for further fifteen minutes covered with a wet cloth.
