Plain rice are very popular among almost all the cuisines.
You can have them whether with curries, dals or veg and nonveg curies...
They make the meal complete. 




Ingredients

Rice, 1 cup
Water, 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil, 1 tbsp

Method
Wash rice properly.
In a wok, heat oil and add salt.
Add rice and then water. 
Cover them and let them cook on low fire for 8-10 mins.
It will be done when the water dries up. 
Remove from fire and serve hot.
