Ingredients
Potatoes, 250 grms, cut into wedges, lengthwise 
Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala, 1 tsp
Cornflour (maida) 1 tablespoons
Oil to
deep fry 

Method 
Take the potato wedges in a bowl, sprinkle some of the salt and mix.
Add cornflour and sprinkle a little water and mix.
Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the wedges. Fry them till golden and crisp.
Drain them on an absorbent paper.
Sprinkle the remaining Salt, black pepper and chaat masala over and serve hot.
