Ingredients
Potatoes, 2 big (boiled and mashed) 
Oats, ½ cup 
Green chilies, 1 chopped
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Garam
masala, 1/4  tsp   
Ginger paste, 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala to sprinkle
Oil for deep frying 

Method
Mix mashed potatoes with all the ingredients except chaat masala.
Shape into balls.
Deep fry in a pan till crisp and golden.
Drain and sprinkle chaat masala over them.
Serve hot with green chutney ot ketchup.
