Eggless cakes can be had any day of the week and some people do prefer them.
They taste little different as compared to the basic cakes. But what I like is the CAKE !! Whether they are with eggs or without.
The only constarint to have a piece of cake is that it should by very tasty and soft !!

Ingredients
Milkmade, 1/2 tin
Soda Water ( a plain soda water, bottled, easily available in the market), 100 ml
Unsalted Butter, 1/4 cup
Plain flour, 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder, 1/2 tsp, levelled
Soda bi Carb, 1/4 tsp, levelled
Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp
Drinking Chocolate Powder, 2 heaped tsp
8" prepared tin with oil and flour

Method
Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa power, drinking chocolate powder and soda bi carb togeher. Sieve them together twice, so that they mix well.
In a seperate bowl, beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy, and then add milkmade.
Add soda water to it and mix well.
Divide the flour mix, into 3-4 portions and add them one by one to the butter mixture. Do not beat, lightly fold them.
Transfer the cake mixture to the prepared tin.
In a pre-heated oven, bake the cake at 180 degrees C, for 30-35 minutes.
You can check the cake with he knife test, i.e., prick the cake with the knife, if it comes out clean, the cake is cooked.
When done, take out the cake from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes.
Invert it to the wire rack and serve as you desire.
