Besan Ka Cheela is one of the favourite sunday breakfast among many Indian families.
They can be relished with ketchups or variety of chutneys.
My son calls it 'Yellow Pancake'. And this is one of the few tiffin food he finishes in school.

Ingredients
Besan ( Chick Pea Flour ), 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp or to taste
Onion,  1 finely chopped
Ginger, 1" piece, grated
Green Chillies, 2 finely chopped
Fresh Coriander, 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Salt to taste
Water to make batter, approx 3/4 cup

Method
In a large mixing bowl, add Besan and gradually add water  to make a smooth batter of an omlette-like consistensy.
Make sure there are no lumps.
Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
Heat heavy bottomed skillet or tawa and spread oil generously on it.
Once the skillet is hot pour a cup full of the flour batter in the center of the pan and let it spread like an omlette or dosa, with the help of the back of a cup or a spoon.
Cook for about 2 minutes and turn the side.
Simultaneously cook both sides.
Once cooked,  serve hot with ketchup or Green Chutney.
