Ingredients:

Rice flour, 2 tbsps
Milk, 500 ml 
Saffron (kesar) a generous pinch
Sugar, 2 tbsp or to taste
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Assorted Nuts ( chopped pistahios, chopped cashews. raisins ), 1/4 cup

Method:
In a 1 tbsp warm milk add
more saffron strands and keep aside.
Boil.milk and add rice paste dissolved in a little water or cold milk and keep on stirring as it should not form lumps.
On a low flame, allow it to cook till thick, stirring constantly. 
Add the saffron milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with nuts and raisins.
Top it with a few saffron strands and chilll it for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
