Ingredients

For the popcorn
Maize kernels (popping corn), 1/2 cup
Butter, 2 tbsp

For the topping
Cumin seeds (jeera),1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese, 3 tbsp grated
Butter, 1 tbsp

Method

For the popcorn
Heat the butter in a deep vessel; add the popping corn and sauté for a few seconds.
Cover with a tight lid and cook on a very slow flame, Let the corn popped up.

For the topping
Heat the butter in a wok, add the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add the chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
Add the prepared popcorn.
Sprinkle all the cheese and mix well and serve immediately.
