Panner Stuffed Samosa

During the monsoons, as so soon it started raining, everybody in the home would start asking for something, spicy, fried, chatpata with a garam garam chai, that is hot tea.
And the best option would here be hot samosas with a green chutney!


Ingredients

6 samosas pattis

For the filling
Paneer, 1 cup grated
Onion, 1 finely chopped
Capsicum, ½ cup finely chopped
Boiled and tender Peas, ½ cup
Garam masala, ΒΌ teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method
Make a thick paste using the 1 tsp plain flour and 2 tsp water. Keep aside.
In 1 tbsp oil, sauté onions and capsicums. Add peas, salt and garam masala. Cook for 5-8 mins.
Add paneer and lemon juice. Stir well and keep aside to cool.
Fold each samosa patti into a cone like shape and stuff with the filling.
Seal the edges of the samosas using the flour paste.
Repeat with all the remaining samosa pattis and filling.
In a wok, heat oil and deep fry the samosas over a slow flame, till golden brown.
Drain and serve hot with variety of chutneys.
