Ingredients

Black grapes de-seeded, 1 cup
Sugar, powdered, 2 tbsps or as desired.
Banana, 1 peeled and mashed
Lemon juice ¼ teaspoon
Rock
salt, a pinch

Method

With a blender, blend the grapes and bananas to a fine purée.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, black salt and ¼ cup of water and blend again.
Transfer the mixture to a ice-cream container and freeze till set.
Once set, blend and liquidize till it is slushy.
Serve slushy scoops of the mixture in tall glasses.
