Watermelon Slush

Watermelons are good for everyone in summers. This is the fruit which contains more than 75% of water and it is really low in calories i.e., approx 1 cup is equal to 25 calories only. The fruit also contains good amount of protein and iron.
The only care one has to take is that should not drink water for at least an hour after having watermelons.




Ingredients
Watermelon, de-seeded and diced 2 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp or as desired

Method
Blend the watermelon pieces in a blender to a smooth purée.
Add sugar an blend again.
Pour the mixture into a ice cream container and freeze till set.
Once set, blend the mixture till slushy.
Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
