Russian Salad with macronis

A light n healthy all time Salad.
I think it is named as Russian salad because Russians have it almost everyday.
You can add and less the ingredients as per your taste as there is no hard and fast rule for preparing this salad.
The outcome should be TASTE... Yummy !! Should be very tasty!

One thing to be kept in mind is that the tomatoes should be De-seeded as when put the simply diced tomatoes in it, without de-seeding it leaves water, making my salad looking ruined and somewhat ugly!

Ingredients :

For the salad :
Macaroni, 2 cup 
Hard boiled eggs, 4
Onions ,1 medium, finely chopped
Boiled Potatoes, 2 medium, diced
Seeded and diced tomatoes, 2 medium
Lettuce leaves, chilled and finely chopped 6

For dressing
Mayonnaise 4 - 5 Tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Method:
Peel and cut the eggs length ways into eight slices.
In large bowl combine the macaroni, egg slices, chopped onion and diced potatoes .
In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with salt and white pepper powder.
Add the dressing and olive oil to the salad mixture and mix well while toss and turn.
Add chilled lettuce leaves and mix lightly.
Decorate with chopped tomato.
Cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator for at least twenty minutes.
Serve chilled.
