Ingredients:
Banana, 2
Orange, 1
Soya milk or Milk, chilled 4 cups
Sugar, 4 teaspoons
Vanilla ice cream, 3 scoops
Orange squash, 6 tablespoons
Crushed ice, 2 cups
Method:
Peel and remove pith from orange segments and peel off the outer covering to separate the flakes.
Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for ten minutes.
Peel Bananas and dice them.
Take diced bananas, soya milk or milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream and orange squash in a blender and blend till smooth.
Take four tall glasses.
Place crushed ice in each glass.
Pour the shake over the ice.
Sprinkle with orange flakes and serve chilled.
