Ingredients:
Black Currant crush, 4 tablespoons
Milk, chilled 4 cups ( can opt for soya milk)
Sugar ,4 teaspoons
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Crushed ice, 1 cup
Method:
Take Black Currant crush, milk, sugar and vanilla ice cream in a blender and blend till smooth. Take four tall glasses. Place crushed ice in each glass. Pour the Black Currant shake in each one of them. Serve Chilled.
