Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes, 2 mashed
Carrots, 1 grated
French Beans, a few finely chopped
capsicum, 1 deseeded and finely chopped or grated
Bread slices, 6
Salt to taste
Red chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp
A big bowl with 1/2 cup water
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except bread slices and water.
Remove the sides of the bread slices.
Dip in water for a fration of second and take it out. do it carefully as it shoud not break.
Hold it in your palm and put a spoonful of vegetable mixture.
Make a roll concealing the roll properly, ese it wud break during frying.
Repeat the process for all the slices.
Heat oil and deep fry the rolls till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
