Vegetable balls

Ingredients
For the balls:
Potatoes, 2 big (boiled and mashed)
Carrots 2 small ( finely chopped )
French beans, 10 - 12 or peas, ½ cup (finely chopped )
Green chilies, 2 chopped
Salt to taste
Garam masala, ½ tsp
Pepper, ½ tsp
Cumin seeds, ½ tsp
Dry bread crumbs,4 tbsp
Maida (plain flour), 4 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Cornflakes, 4- 5 tbsp crushed
Method
Pressure cook French beans and carrots finely.
After the first whistle pressure cook for 2-3 minutes, on low heat.
Remove from fire. When cool, mash the vegetables. (If there is water, mash the vegetables on fire so that the water dries up while the vegetables are being mashed).
Mix mashed potatoes, green chilies, bread crumbs, Cumin seeds, garam masala and pepper with the mashed vegetables.
Shape the balls.
In a bowl. make a paste of maida with plain water (Omlette like consistency). Coat the cutlets with maida paste, roll in crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs.
Deep fry in a pan till crisp and golden.
Serve hot with green chutney.
