Ingredients :
Rice 1 Cup
Oil 2tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1 1/4 tsp
curry leaves 2-3
salt to taste
Red chillies 1/2 tsp
Water 2 cups
Chana Dal 1 tsp
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Cashews 2 tbsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Mixed Veg 1 cup
Juice of One lemon
Method:
Cook the rice in water with salt added to it.
Heat oil and put all the ingredients to it except Lemon juice.
Saute and then add cooked rice and lemon juice.
Mix well without breaking the rice grains.
Serve hot with Sambhar and Tamarind Chutney.
